Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Product Inspection Period (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the "Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales" guidelines, certain items are not eligible for a 7-day inspection period, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods or items with short shelf life (including products close to expiration upon return/cancellation),

  • Customized products,

  • Current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines,

  • Unsealed audiovisual products or computer software,

  • Game point cards or other digital value cards,

  • Unsealed personal hygiene products.

All other products are eligible for a 7-day product inspection period, starting from the day the item arrives (including holidays).

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Contact number

  • Product name(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return and relevant photos

2. Return Guidelines

Returned items must be unused and undamaged (unless due to manufacturing defects).
Please note that the 7-day inspection period is provided for you to assess whether the product meets your expectations; it does not constitute a trial period.
If our store has instructed you to do so, please keep the original packaging intact (including outer boxes). Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The request is made after the 7-day inspection period.

  • The product has been used, or has visible damage due to human error, such as stains, breakage, deformation, wear, scratches, or dirt.

  • Incomplete packaging or missing invoice/accessories.

  • Suspicion of malicious or bulk returns.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service

  2. Confirm return eligibility

  3. Prepare the complete product and invoice

  4. Provide your availability, contact information, and return address

  5. Our designated logistics partner will arrange product pickup


4. Refund Instructions

  • For credit card payments: The refund will be issued to the original credit card after the return is confirmed.

  • For cash on delivery: The refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide once the return is confirmed.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchange items must be unused and free of damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
If our store has instructed you to retain packaging, please keep the original packaging (including outer box) intact. Exchanges without complete packaging will not be accepted.


6. Exchange Process

If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please return the original product first, and then place a new order through the store.

If there is a price difference, we will issue a new invoice and either charge or refund the difference accordingly.
If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
