5. Cookies & Similar Tracking Technologies
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, etc.) by the Store’s server, typically containing an identifier, site name, and numeric data. They help the Store recognize your browser on return visits and may store user preferences and other info.
How We Use Cookies
When using our Store, we may collect device model, OS, device identifier, IP address, browsing data, and click information via cookies or similar technologies to understand your environment. Cookies allow us to identify you without repeated login, optimize functionality, and customize your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, which may affect functionality.
On SHOPLINE-powered Shops, cookies and similar tech let us recognize returning users or members so you don’t have to log in repeatedly.
How to Manage Cookies
You can manage or delete categories of tracking tech per your preference. Many browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. You can enable/disable cookies in your browser settings (including third-party cookies). For details, consult your browser’s help menu or device manual. Links for major browsers are provided.
By clearing your cache, you remove existing tracking tech.
When browsing anonymously, we collect only essential cookies to provide services.
If you refuse or delete tracking tech, you’ll need to adjust settings each visit, and some features may not work properly.
6. How We Process, Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Data
(1) Processing & Use
Some Store features may be handled by third-party partners. We may engage partners (tech service providers) to process some of your personal data. For instance, auto-payment via a payment company, or KYC and transaction monitoring via third-party services for SHOPLINE payments.
[Note: Add any other vendors you share data with—sales platforms, payment gateways, shipping —etc.]
We sign confidentiality agreements with these providers outlining purpose, duration, and responsibilities. They must follow this Privacy Policy and our instructions. If you don’t consent, certain services may be unavailable.

We share data with third-party partners only for legitimate and necessary service purposes. Personal identifiers are only shared when required by law. Usually, such partners are separate data controllers with their own privacy policies and agreements.
For third-party apps, payment gateways, or logistic providers in the Store, that data sharing is subject to those third parties’ policies, not ours. We are not responsible for them. Before sharing your data with any third party, review their privacy policy and terms.
